All customized orders are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Installation-related issues are covered for 6 months, limited to product quality concerns.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or human error, and are valid only for non-human-induced defects related to product quality.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
